AR. HJ ABDUL RAHMAN RICHARD ABDULLAH
AR. Haji Abdul Rahman Richard bin Abdullah is the Managing Director of Reliant Oilfield Sdn Bhd company. Abdul Rahman Richard Abdullah was born in October, 1969 in Tuaran, Sabah. He had his earlier education in Tuaran prior to being chosen as a Sabah Foundation sponsored scholar from 1982 to 1986 in Pahang. He later completed his Diploma in Architecture at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Johor in 1991 prior to pursuing a degree in the same field at the Universiti Teknologi MARA from 1991-1994. Abdul Rahman obtained his professional architectural license in 2003.
Abdul Rahman started his career as a Project Architect in 1994 at FAA Architect, prior to enhancing his career at Teknikarya Arkitek in 1996. He later moved to Radicare (M) Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Project Director in 1998, where he was tasked to undertake major project developments, which included being in-charge of the construction of the Selayang Hospital.
His interest in business led Abdul Rahman to set up Abdul Rahman Richard Architect (ARRA) in 2003, which was involved in a multitude of government and private sector projects around the country, including the Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP) and the soon to be constructed Hospital Universiti Malaysia Sabah (HUMS) amongst others.
Abdul Rahman then diversified his business interests through the formation of Medic Planner Sdn Bhd (focusing on the setting up and construction of hospitals), Tunjang Jitu Sdn Bhd (A CIDB-registered Class A contractor) and Kipcare Sdn Bhd (an international medical gloves manufacturer). The companies have since undergone a corporate restructuring process whereby they are placed under a corporate structure helmed by Abdul Rahman’s holding company; ARRA Properties Sdn Bhd.
Abdul Rahman took over Reliant Oilfield Sdn Bhd (ROFSB), an integrated petroleum and gas services company in 2015. The company is 100% Sabah-owned as well as being the only company from Sabah with Category -1 PETRONAS license. ROFSB is presently pursuing several opportunities at national and international levels, and is the only Sabah-owned company invited by PETRONAS to bid in the PAN- MALAYSIA project. The company is based in Sabah with its operations office located at Wangsa Maju offices in Kuala Lumpur.

WAN RAHIMAH WAN RAHIM
Wan Rahimah binti Wan Abd Rahim is the Director of Manpower Division for Reliant Oilfield Sdn Bhd company. Born in March, 1967 in Kuala Lumpur, Wan Rahimah is a qualified senior management professional with 30 years of experience in diverse roles across the organizational hierarchy, including over 25 years of decision making authority as a Director & Shareholder. Wan Rahimah had her earlier education in Kuala Lumpur and then her degree in Bachelor in Public Administration (Hons) at Universiti Utara Malaysia in 1992. As one of the sponsored scholars from Public Service Department (JPA), she managed to be one of the Dean’s List for year 1991.
Wan Rahimah started her footprint in manpower and recruitment field back in 1993, when she started working as a recruitment consultant/ director at Daya Gail Sdn Bhd (a whollyowned subsidiary of Gail Force Australia) from October 1993 to August 1996. She then moved to Eden Brown (M) Sdn Bhd, a U.K. base company and the 3rd biggest manpower construction company in UK with ISO 9000 which offers recruitment, training and Human Resources consultancy services.
However, due to slowdown economic activities in Malaysia which led the company to close down, Wan Rahimah then moved to Danamodal Nasional Berhad (subsidiary of Bank Negara Malaysia) as a Senior Executive Human Resource & Administration in December 1998 till October 1999. She then strengthens her portfolio by being one of the Team Member of Manager, hand- picked from Bank Negara to PUNB Ventures Berhad. Being a women did not stop her to complete her assignment to Sudan, a war zone country when she joined Petronas for 7 years.
Her interest in business led Wan Rahimah to be the co-founder and Director (Shareholder) of a Petronas licensed company, specializes in Manpower Supply, Petrominwork Sdn Bhd and Petrominwork Consulting Sdn Bhd in July 2006 till 2019. She involved mainly in end to end management of services, policies, procedures and programs for the entire company and also managed projects as Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
She starts to join Reliant Oilfield Sdn Bhd since 2020 till present. Her main role is leading, setting up the business’s manpower/recruitment/training and heading the entire manpower division. She also leads the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics for the company.
